END now Music/Band Networking Lead on VampireFreaks.com

So. In between working on a new album, Industrial Club Sessions mixes and some soundtrack work, I kinda got this new ‘job’: in charge of music/band networking on VampireFreaks.com. Not only will I be working closely with a lot of music artists + releases, but also keeping tabs & doing my best to have VF feature each artist & release in turn as well as music events and more. This being a new development, results will be time to implement, but ideally, the sky’s the limit…

Basically, what this would mean for music artists & promoters out there:
* If you have or create a page or ‘cult’ (group) on VampireFreaks, let me know and/or add (friend) me at http://www.vampirefreaks.com/endthedj
* Anytime you have or promote a release, tour or anything notable, make a journal entry. It shows up on my VF. Then I pass it along to the site admin and push to be highlighted on the site’s main front page if they haven’t gotten to it before me.
* Anytime you have a release, tour or special event coming up, I can do an interview w/you, mention & link to your websites and of course the artist page.
* I’m also informed that page designers will also customize your VF page in any design you’d want to have! For example: if a new album is on the horizon, I can have VampireFreaks customize the layout of your artist page to match its theme or look to your approval.

There could be more benefits (just got the job) that I’ll be working on, such as news on future VampireFreaks music compilations being released in the very near future, to those interested; in the meantime, I hope to hear from those in the industry, event producers & promoters. Any more details and/or information needed, simply ask and let me know ^_^ I’ll be sending more updates in the near future.
Cause it’s not like I have a lot to work on or anything… (->|:|<-)

END at Post-Apocalypse Event in St. Louis Nov 19!

They had me at ‘resonating image mapping with their lasers ^_^ Looking forward to this Massive event in mid-America. Don’t miss this night!

From Xero Tribe event site
it’s been a full year since we set out to bring you the best themed party that we’ve ever been a part of and what an amazing night it was. More costumes than we could ever have dreamed, better music that we had hoped for, and an AMAING visual display!
This year we’ve upped the ante in all AREAS! Bigger DJs, More decorations, and more mind blowing visuals.
If you’ve attending a Xero Tribe event before you KNOW that we bring the heat on the production side of things. This year we will be utilizing Projection Mapping, intelligent lighting, LED banks, bars and cams, lazers, foggers, hazers, strobes, and anything else we can get our post-apocalyptic hands on to create an environment unlike anything St Louis has ever seen.
We PROMISE that this party will be nothing short of amazing for your eyes, ears and bodies! Come dressed in a Post Apocalyptic costume and be part of the party not just a spectator, We’ll even knock some $$$ of the price of admission if you do.
Free give aways all night long. Shirts, Stickers, CDs, and possibly MORE!

Long ago an asteroid collided with the earth making the surface uninhabitable, so we went underground, the only place we could survive. We scrapped up an existence from the wreckage found in tunnels, bomb shelters, mines, and sewers. When we finally stabilized, we called out. Wounded, the people came together and formed the Xero Tribe. Life continued, but nothing like before. It was dark. From that darkness came a glow that grew brighter as we began to re-create a life for ourselves. We began to flourish but the underground could no longer hold us. We sent scouts to the surface, no one knew what to expect. All we had were tattered books and videos salvaged from the junk. No one knew until now. Our scouts have come back with news. The surface is alive. We returned to the surface to find a world capable of sustaining mankind once again. The old cities are the new jungles, a wild terrain made up of rust and concrete seamlessly blended with wild animals and overgrown vegetation. We are back and we will survive. For this reason we congregate, for this reason we celebrate, for this reason we PARTY!

ROBB G

“Highly animated DJ/producer and force behind Promo Records, Robb G, is a known dancefloor destroyer.” – Eye Weekly “The Man in Canada, Robb G has been in the front of the pack for some time over there. After seeing him live, there is no questioning that Robb G is a man who truly loves what he does. Known for his speedy beatmatching and continuously layered mixing, he’s performed in Europe and from coast to coast in North America, appearing in over 50 cities on his native continent. It hit the number 12 spot on the UK buzz charts and became the number 1 most requested song on Sirius Radio’s Boombox Channel for the entire year. It is no surprise that the Plump DJs named him alongside Justice and Switch when asked who the most exciting producers are. 2011 started with a bang as Robb G’s remix with Lazy Rich of “Lose Control” became one of the most sought after releases with rave reviews from Portugal to New Zealand, NYC to Poland. It received over 15 000 plays on Soundcloud and spent over a month in Beatport’s top 100 sales charts, peaking at number 16 in electro house. He’s booked for the second year in a row to play the sold-out Ultra Music Fest in Miami. Billed as “The World’s Premier Electronic Music Festival” with 100,000 people attending each day, Robb G is set to embark a multi-city crosscontinent tour this spring in support of his new 7 track Get Slayed! END: the DJ set at CASTLE PARTY FESTIVAL [Poland] July 2012!

It’s official- END: the DJ’s first major European event announced will take place at 2012’s Castle Party Festival in Poland (Bolkow) 27-29 July!

After multiple events, festivals and tours in the past couple of years in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia & New Zealand, mixed compilation albums and an EP on three music labels, live club mixes broadcasted on online radio networks worldwide plus nominated this year for Best International DJ on Cyber-Culture Magazine [Germany], bringing End to Europe was just a matter of time, and what better way to “Endtroduce” dark dance audiences than in Central Europe at The Bolkow Castle?

Thousands of dark music fans gather at the Castle Party Festival each year at this wonderful historic setting: The Bolków Castle was built during the reign of Prince Bolko I. It was rebuilt several times afterwards, until it reached its final shape in the 16th century. In all historical descriptions of the castle, its military significance is emphasized. However, it has also functioned as a cultural centre at some periods of time. It attracted people connected to arts: painters, sculptors and architects. It was also a place where Polish, German & Czech people mingled. This contributed to the emergence of the unique Silesian culture.

Since 1994 (1999 at Bolkow Castle), the producers of this unique festival have gathered some of the most notable artists and producers for a weekend of fantastic music. “I’ve known about this festival for a few years now”, END says, “and I’ve always loved the wonderful imagery of the crowds and the castle grounds on their website, loved how they’ve had legends like Front 242 and Suicide Commando out there. I didn’t think I’d actually be going myself! I’m really looking forward to finally meeting some new faces and meeting up with some people who’ve I met at my various official sites!”

2012’s Castle Party Festival lineup thus far includes:

COMBICHRIST (no)
ATARI TEENAGE RIOT (de)
HOCICO (mex)
BLUTENGEL (de)
PINK TURNS BLUE (de)
LEAETHER STRIP (dk)
